Giannasi is a historic place, an institution in the world of comfort food for Milanese residents since 1967.

Goal

Establish the social media channels of Facebook and Instagram as the primary touchpoints for direct digital communication with customers.

Project

Creation of the tone of voice and a visual identity for the client's social media profiles. During 2020, we communicated various updates regarding the brand: from the first home deliveries to the launch of new merchandise, for which we engaged several local and national influencers (e.g., GnamBox, Milanese Imbruttito, Alessandro Cattelan).

Result

We have strengthened the loyalty of customers familiar with the brand and expanded the fanbase, achieving a 94% growth on Facebook and a 1564% growth on Instagram.
