We Design Memorable Experiences
Putting the person at the center means starting from the study of their cognitive and emotional needs, using both traditional research and usability testing, as well as neuromarketing analysis. Once we understand their motivations, we design the user journey across complex ecosystems, both digital (e-commerce, corporate websites, apps & software) and phygital (kiosks, in-store apps, etc.).
Effectiveness and result measurement
