JoyVillage is a company specialized in the design and creation of entertainment centers throughout Italy.
Goal
Create a reactive community to all of JoyVillage's proposals, capable of acknowledging the brand's leadership in the world of entertainment and leisure.
Project
Creation of a strategic and integrated communication (social media, newsletters, SMS) characterized by an immediately identifiable style in users' feeds to communicate time-limited promotions, special events, and openings during holidays. Aiming to increase fun and the frequency of visits to the 7 company stores, we designed and developed the JoyApp, an app that, through specific campaigns to be played in-store, provides all users with a personalized experience on-site.
Result
In two years, our Facebook and Instagram campaigns have reached an audience of 9,275,606 people. All the Facebook fanbases of the 7 company profiles are experiencing a constant and continuous increase, with an annual average growth of +20.6%.
