Paginemediche is the largest and most important digital health platform in Italy: the technological evolution of medical science. It offers services and content to improve lifestyle, prevent the onset of diseases, and establish daily health-related habits, connecting doctors and patients through telemedicine and digital health services. Over 80,000 registered doctors, more than 11,000 published articles, and over 40,000 appointments booked through the platform.
Goal
Reassess the platform's value proposition by testing the interest and attractiveness of innovative digital health services.
Project
The project consisted of two main phases.
USP Co-Design & Service Offering Roadmap
The first phase focused on a netnographic research and a co-design journey for the value proposition, aiming to identify a new and differentiating unique selling proposition (USP).icerca netnografica e percorso di value proposition co-design, al fine di individuare una unique selling proposition (USP) nuova e differenziante.
2. Customer insights & user testing
Design and delivery of a survey to registered users to validate the USP and gather insights regarding the new potential services offered.
Testing users' actual interest in joining the community through the creation of a dedicated landing page and the collection of related attraction data.
Result
A business and service design advisory project, along with a digital strategy, that proved essential to the transformation journey of Paginemediche: from a service and content platform to a true community hub.
