Goal

Make the Customer Experience unique in the KIKO MAXI-stores by enhancing the features of the KIKOiD product range through a blend of User Experience, 3D, and robotics.

Project

Creation of the KikoiD App, which allows customers to view the product in a perfect 3D reproduction, zoom in, move, and manipulate it on the touch screen while customizing it to their liking. Customers can choose from the KIKOiD product range, modify the colors of the caps, texts, and icons. The app integrates with an ABB robot that in real-time takes the product from the customer's hands and personalizes it with a laser, adding the chosen words and images.
