The digital assistant attentive to your tastes
Our new challenge? Digital transformation in the Food Industries.
The food industry is becoming increasingly smart, and it's from this awareness that DICA!—our project for Gamba Bruno SPA—was born.
Thanks to our partnership with Terya—a group combining consulting services and proprietary software developed through the collaboration between Gamba Bruno and FutureLab—we've created a digital assistant aimed at the hospitality and restaurant industry.
The Dica! suite includes a custom admin dashboard (JavaScript), a Kiosk UWP (Universal Windows Platform) app that can be integrated with kitchens, cash registers, the WINEPTS system, and RT 2218 printers. The infrastructure is based on MS Azure, and web services were developed in .NET.
A suite capable of delivering a personalized and immersive user experience—an opportunity that brands like Burger King and Ipercoop couldn't pass up.

Gamestore App: Where Retail Meets Gaming
Today, everyone is talking about gamification. The Gamestore app is a mobile application that enhances the in-store experience in the entertainment and retail sectors.
The goal? To enrich the user experience with game design elements and increase customer engagement. A trend we’ve had the opportunity to explore and validate its success.
For Joy Village—a company specializing in designing and building entertainment centers across Italy and one of our long-standing clients—we created the JoyApp. Through participation in custom-made challenges, the app offers players a unique and personalized in-store experience, along with the opportunity to activate numerous promotions.
The JoyApp is a native Android and iOS app. A custom dashboard in JavaScript was developed for managing promotions, gamification, and sending push notifications. The infrastructure is based on MS Azure, and the web services were built in .NET.
